
St. Rita’s Medical Center, in Lima, Ohio hired me to create their social media presence, with a focus on Facebook. At the time, St. Rita’s had third smallest population of Mercy Health’s markets and was the only single-facility market. Starting from scratch, I crafted a simple, approachable, respectful, and honest voice. With a mix of humor and curated content from trusted sources St. Rita’s reached the third-largest audience of Mercy Health’s 11 markets within two years.
